How to Order:
All prices are in US FUNDS ONLY! Payment is available by MONEY ORDER or CASHIERS CHECK ONLY. Make sure that your Money Order is drawn on a US Bank. If you send a Money Order that is NOT drawn on a US Bank, your order will have to be returned (no exception)! In addition to the cost of the items you must add shipping and handling. The formula goes like this:
Shipment to Canada:
Please add $5.00 shipping and handling for the first item, plus $3.00 more for each item you order in addition to the first item.
Shipment to the United States:
Please add $4.50 shipping and handling for the first item, plus $2.25 more for each item you order in addition to the first item.
Shipment to anywhere else:
Please add $9.50 shipping and handling for the first item, plus $6.50 more for each item you order in addition to the first item.
